How often do you update the app?

We update the app regularly to add new features and improve existing ones. You can expect updates every week or two.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Most major credit cards are accepted for all plans. Enterprise plans can also request to be invoiced and paid by wire transfer.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Do note that you will not get a refund for cancelling your subscription. However, you can continue to access the membership features until the end of your billing cycle. Find out how to cancel your subscription in the billing settings of your account.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can cancel your current plan and subscribe to a higher tier plan in your account billing settings.

What is the difference between self-serve and enterprise plans?

Self-serve plans are available for individual users, while enterprise plans are available for organizations that requires enterprise-level access and support.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
